It’s a very hot summer in Barcelona.

Victor is going through a rough time after his girlfriend, Irene, left him. His friends and co-workers insist on finding him a new girlfriend, and that’s how he meets Lola, but he just can’t forget his ex.
However, his life is suddenly about to change when there is an unexpected wave of elderly suicides at the senior center where he works. But it’s not the only strange event; Irene calls him worried about the unusual behavior of the people around her. It’s as if they had lost their memories and emotions.

It sounds beyond belief, but Victor is influenced by the thrillers & science-fiction movies and series that marked his childhood in the 80s, so even though he is incapable of offering Irene a rational explanation for what's happening, he decides to help her and gains the strength to become the hero he’s never been in her eyes.
